The customer's INADS password now requires a response to a numeric challenge. What happened, and how do I fix it?

Beginning with R7.1, ASG challenges the craft, inads, and init login IDs. Customers must use the cust login to perform tasks that they previously did with any of these logins. If the cust permissions are incorrect, the Avaya project manager can change them.
