Event Handlers Can Be Added to Module Nodes

The module node can be double-clicked (opened) and there are additional palette items that are available; specifically the event handlers. Therefore, a developer can handle any event that is returned from a sub-dialog directly within the VXML that invoked the sub-dialog as opposed to from the App Root (global) handler.
