Tips for
Using This Help System
|
- The INTUITY AUDIX LX main page is divided into three sections:
- Menu bar. Displayed across the top
of the page.
- Options bar. Displayed on the left side of the page. Permits
searching the Help pages, displaying the Site Index (main page)
and selecting the option to Contact the Information Development
team.
- Site Index. Displays the main listing all available Help
topics.
- The Site Index provides four main topic areas.
- Getting Started. Provides Basic information for installing
the system, Concepts and Features, logging into and out of the
system, changing passwords and how to use this Help system.
- Administration. Provides links to topics that describe
how to administer the various features and capabilities of the
system.
- Maintenance. Provide a list of links describing the system
hardware, system alarm and event logs, and procedures for diagnostic
and troubleshooting tasks.
- Reference. Provides links to the glossary, Telephone
User interface, and various tables of useful information.
- Use the scroll bar at the right to scroll
down the page so that you can read the rest of the topic.
- Link. A link is a navigation device. Links
allow you to move quickly to another area of the current file or to
another file in the Help system. Links are indicated by blue underlined
text. With a single click, links can take you to graphics, procedures,
or tables. Links can also take you to other areas of text where you
will find related information. Move your pointer over any part of
the blue underlined text. The pointer changes to a finger. Click anywhere
in the blue text to activate the link.
- When viewing the Help, you can maximize the
Help page of your browser or resize it for easy viewing.
- You can use most functions of the browser,
such as:
- Click the Back button to return to a previous
topic.
- Click the Print button to print a topic.
- Use the Edit Find feature for finding
specific information in a topic.
