The following alarms are generated by the SM application and indicate a problem with the station manager:

• SOFTWARE 12
• SOFTWARE 13

Description:

The system had a memory mapping failure.

Repair Procedure:

• Contact your remote maintenance center.

SM SOFTWARE 11

Description:

The system had a file access error.

Repair Procedure:

• Contact your remote maintenance center.

SM SOFTWARE 12

Description:

Your subscriber listing cannot be found.

Repair Procedure:

• Contact your remote maintenance center.

SM SOFTWARE 13

Description:

The SM process started.

Repair Procedure:

• Contact your remote maintenance center.
