TCP/IP is the form of digital networking
supported for INTUITY AUDIX. TCP/IP networking uses the system's Ethernet
connection,
which enables the INTUITY AUDIX system to connect to a customer's LAN
(using a 10Base-T connection) and to support the following Windows-based
applications:
- INTUITY Message Manager is an
optional windows application that operates with INTUITY AUDIX. For more
information regarding software and hardware requirements for the Message
Manager application, see Internet Messaging.
- INTUITY AUDIX supports integration
with other email trusted servers when the Internet Messaging option is purchased.
- Enhanced List Application (ELA)
is an optional feature that makes it possible to create mailing lists of
up to 1500 recipients per list. For more information regarding software
and hardware requirements for the ELA application, see Enhanced
List Application.
When you are ready to administer the TCP/IP connection,
see Administering TCP/IP LAN Connectivity.
