VMACS-Plus is a software management tool
that provides you with a way to manage your INTUITY
AUDIX traffic information through the AUDIX Administration
and Data Acquisition Package (ADAP). VMACS automatically
retrieves data from the messaging system into a centralized
database and then provides displays and detailed management
reports. This allows the administrator to identify
trends and manage the voice messaging systems.
VMACS-Plus runs under Windows NT or
Windows 95. It supports INTUITY AUDIX through a
dial-up or TCP/IP connection. The system automatically
polls the INTUITY AUDIX messaging system and retrieves
the data using a schedule defined by the administrator.
