Automatic Deletion of Non-administered Remote Subscribers

n = no

If you enter y, the system automatically deletes nonadministered remote users during the nightly audit. The system also deletes them if you run a user data audit manually.

If you enter n, the system retains remote users until you want to delete them manually. Set this field to n if you have non-AUDIX users (for example, nonadministered email users) who exchange messages with your AUDIX users.

Days without Activity

An integer from 0 through 999

Enter the number of days that must elapse before a remote user who shows no activity with the local system is deleted.

Even If on a Mailing List?

y = yes
n = no

If you enter y, the system to deletes users even if they are on a local Intuity AUDIX mailing list. The remote users also are deleted from mailing lists during the next audit.

If you enter n, the system retains remote users who are on local mailing lists. Set this field ton if the users on your system are heavy users of mailing lists, or if you have purchased the Enhanced List Application (ELA) feature.
