Field Name
Description/Procedure
Name:
The name of the subscriber whose traffic information is being reported. It is the name you entered on the command line, or the name corresponding to the subscriber's extension, if you entered the extension.
Extension:
The extension of the subscriber whose traffic information is being reported. This is the extension you entered on the command line, or the extension corresponding to the subscriber's name, if you entered the name.
Date:
The starting date for which traffic data was collected for the report. It is the date you entered on the command line, or the current date if you did not specify a date.
If you enter a date previous to the current date, each day's record is presented as an additional page (screen). Press F7 (NextPage) and F8 (PrevPage) to scroll through each daily report record.
Ending Time:
The time at which data collecting ended.
MESSAGES CREATED
Total Voice-Mail Messages, Prime
Total Voice-Mail Messages, NonPrime
The total number of messages created by the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
Broadcast Messages, Prime
Broadcast Messages, Non-Prime
The number of broadcast messages created by the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
Login Announcements, Prime
Login Announcements, Non-Prime
The number of login announcements created by the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
Priority Messages, Prime
Priority Messages,
Non-Prime
The number of priority messages created by the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
Private Messages, Prime
Private Messages,
Non-Prime
The number of private messages created by the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
Voice Components:
The number of voice components created by the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
FAX Components:
The number of fax components created by the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
Binary Attachments:
The number of binary attachments created by the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
Text Components:
The number of text components created by the subscriber during prime and nonprime hours during the reporting period.
