Changing the Refresh Rate

 

Note: The system automatically updates the information on the system monitor screen every 5 seconds. However, Avaya recommends that you change this to a 1-second interval for testing the Call Answer feature.

To change the refresh rate of the system monitor screen:

1. Start at the Avaya Intuity Main Menu and select:

Voice System Administration
	System Monitor

The system displays the System Monitor – Voice Channels Window.

2. Press F8 (Change Keys).

The system displays the alternate set of function keys.

3. Press F1 (Change Rate).

The system displays the Change Refresh Rate Window.

4. To activate a change to the recommended interval, enter 1 into the Refresh Rate: field or enter a value of your choice.
5. Press F3 (Save).
6. Press F6 (Cancel) until you return to the Avaya Intuity Main Menu.
