HC Events
HC ADBADPORTEXTN
Description:
The system received extension, <extn_number>, in an ASAI message sent by the adjunct system. However, that extension is not assigned to a voice port. This event can be generated on any Intuity AUDIX system in the High Capacity cluster.
Repair Procedure:
- Verify that the Intuity AUDIX voice port assignments for the Intuity AUDIX system match the hunt group members assigned in the DEFINITY switch.
HC ADBADEXTNPORT
Description:
The extension assigned to the voice port, <port number>, on which the call was received is invalid. This event can be generated on any Intuity AUDIX system in the High Capacity cluster.
Repair Procedure:
- Verify that the voice port assignments for the Intuity AUDIX system match the hunt group members assigned in the DEFINITY switch.
HC AJACDOFF
Description:
The adjunct system tried to monitor the calls for the Intuity AUDIX hunt group extension, <hunt_group_extn>. However, this monitoring failed because either the
ACD
field on the Hunt Group screen for the DEFINITY switch is set to n or the hunt group does not exist.Repair Procedure:
HC AJIMAPIONOK
Description:
The system administrator requested that IMAPI be enabled for all subscribers through the High Capacity Option administration screens. This action is successful. This event may be generated on any Intuity AUDIX system in the High Capacity cluster.
Repair Procedure:
No corrective action is necessary.
HC AJIMAPIONFAIL
Description:
The system administrator requested that IMAPI be enabled for all subscribers through the High Capacity Option administration screens. This action failed. This event may be generated on any Intuity AUDIX system in the High Capacity Option cluster.
Repair Procedure:
- Start at the Avaya Intuity Main Menu and select:
Feature OptionsThe system displays the Feature Option Window.
- Verify that the
Max Number of IMAPI Sessions
field is set to at least 32. If this value is not at the maximum allowable value as required for High Capacity Option systems, contact your remote maintenance center.- Press F6 (Cancel) to exit the screen.
- Return to the Avaya Intuity Main Menu and select:
AUDIX AdministrationThe system displays the AUDIX Command Prompt Screen.
- Enter change system-parameters imapi-options
The system displays the IMAPI Options Screen.
- Verify that the value for
Maximum Simultaneous Sessions
matches the number set in the Feature Options window.- Verify that the value for
Message Transfer
is y.- If the values are correct, contact your remote maintenance center.
If the values do not match, change the value in the
Maximum Simultaneous Sessions
to the value listed on the Feature Options screen and change theMessage Transfer
field value to y.- Press F3 (Save).
