Activating Alarm Origination

To activate alarms:

  1. From the Avaya Intuity Main Menu, select:
  2. Customer/Services Administration
    Alarm Management

    The system displays the Alarm Management Window.

  3. Move the cursor to the Alarm Origination field.
  4. Press F2 (Choices) and then select active.
  5. Press F3 (SAVE).
  6. The system displays the following message:

    Alarm Form Update was successful
    Press <Enter> to continue.

  7. Press ENTER.
  8. The system displays the Alarm Management Window.

  9. Press F6 (CANCEL) until you return to the Avaya Intuity Main Menu.
