The custom Management Information Base (MIB) is available in *.txt format for free download at http://www.avaya.com/support. Follow these links: Under Technical Database, select Telephone Devices & User Agents, then under IP Telephones and User Agents, select 4600 IP Telephones, and then Programming and Administration.
