Audio Customization

As of Release 2.4, handsets and headsets can be customized to tune audio performance for specific environments or functions. Three system parameters control audio customization:

• AUDIOSTHS - Customizes the handset sidetone setting.
• AUDIOSTHD - Customizes the headset sidetone setting.
• AUDIOENV - Provides access to a table of 108 audio combinations that customize audio performance for acoustic environments. The audio variables provide for Automatic Gain Control (AGC) dynamic ranges, expansion thresholds for the handset or headset, and transmit gain.
