You can set your own buttons up as desired, with the possible exception of
the EMERGENCY number, optionally established by your System Administrator to
allow you quick access to emergency services for your site. Your System
Administrator can turn off the ability to change Speed Dial buttons or add new
ones. If so, the Edit/Delete softkey is not shown.
