Select Backup and Restore options from the Backup/Restore Options and Preferences screen, accessed by selecting
Backup/Restore from the Main Options and Preferences screen. You can also access the Backup/Restore Options and Preferences screen directly from the Speed Dial Options and Preferences screen.
