New calls display in the Call Log depending on its sort order and where you are
in the list. For example: an incoming call goes to the top of a Call Log sorted
by descending Time/Date (the most common sort order); but an outgoing call goes
after all unanswered or incoming calls in a Call Log sorted by descending Type.
