A one-way, built-in Speaker allows you to hear calls without activating the headset. Most importantly, note that the 4622SW’s Speaker does not allow two-way conversation. When you activate the Speaker, you can hear the party at the other end, but that person cannot hear you.
NOTE: It is also possible to disable the Speaker feature entirely. If your Speaker does not operate as indicated, contact your System Administrator to ensure that your telephone's Speaker is properly administered.
