Call Traffic Report

The Call Traffic report displays the following information:

Column name

Description

Channel

Channel that handled the call

Period

Time period when system traffic is monitored

Calls

Number of calls made during the indicated time period

Average Hold Time

Average duration of a call for the specified time, in minutes and seconds

%Occ

Percentage of occupancy (that is, the proportion of the hour that the channel was in use)
