Description
Applications that make function calls to the Interaction Center data integration process (Vesp_dip) on the Avaya IR system can use the Interaction Center VOX server to interpret the DIP commands. The VOX Server passes on the application�s requests to the appropriate Avaya Computer Telephony components and returns the responses in a form that the Avaya IR system can comprehend.
Another data integration process, the Computer Telephony Integration DIP (CTI DIP), uses a CentreVu Computer Telephony (CVCT) server to control ports on a PBX.
