Typically, IVR Designer is used to remove unwanted silence from the beginnings and endings of recorded speech phrases. However, the audio application provided with the IVR Designer package can be used to cut and paste segments of speech within the body of a phrase.
You can also edit speech files using a customer-provided audio application installed on your IVR Designer PC.
