Description
The CTI DIP process could not obtain a required system resource (qkey). The CTI DIP process will not complete. The message text and suggested repair procedures are shown in the table that follows.

Check if this problem occurs after restarting the voice system. Run the Try to run /vs/bin/vrs/ctidip from the command line. If this runs without any error messages, the next time you restart the voice system, the ctidip will start correctly. |
