During the migration phase, make sure that you move all .sc and .nam supported host screen files from CONVERSANT platforms to the Avaya IR platform. After you transfer the files to the Avaya IR platform, convert them to run on the Avaya IR platform. For more information, see Converting host interface screen capture files.
