Call Traffic report description

The Call Traffic report displays the following information:

Column name

Description

Channel

The channel that handled the call.

Period

The time period when system traffic is monitored.

Calls

The number of calls made during the indicated time period.

Average Hold Time

Average duration of a call for the specified time, in minutes and seconds

%Occ

Percentage of occupancy (that is, the proportion of the hour that the channel was in use)
