All print documents available in Avaya IR System Help are in the Portable Document File (PDF) format. To view and print this format, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on the computer system you are using to access the help system.
All Avaya IR systems have Adobe Acrobat Reader and Netscape installed and configured automatically as part of the installation process. If you are accessing the help system locally using Netscape, the locally installed version of Adobe Acrobat Reader will automatically be used when you select a PDF document to view.
If you are accessing the system remotely, make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and configured for your Web browser to view and print the PDF documents. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available for download at the Adobe Web site.
