Description
The Call Bridge Application package allows an application to place an outbound call to a third party and maintain the connection while the caller interacts with the third party. When the third party hangs up, the script continues with the next action step.
This package includes all the transfer functionality (flash transfer, TBCT, etc.) required to make this feature work.
The Call Bridge feature is used most often when call transfer is not available on the PBX or from the central office.
