This message informs you that your IR system is switching from its present mode of operation to the Restricted mode of operation.

Repair Procedure

Login to the IR system with root permissions. At the command prompt, type logCat � grep -i lm . The output of this command will explain to you the reason why your IR system has gone into the Restricted mode of operation.
