Description
This message informs you that your IR system has ignored the request to go into the Grace mode, since your IR system is already in the Restricted mode of operation.
Action
The IR system is only allowed go into the Normal mode, from the Restricted mode of operation. The request to go into the Grace mode will be ignored, and it will continue in the Restricted mode of operation. Untill you have uncovered the reason why your IR system is operating in the Grace mode of operation, your IR system will not come out of Restricted mode of operation. This reason is also mentioned in this log message.
