Description
This message informs you that your IR system is entering the Restricted mode of operation because the version of IR in your WebLM license is lesser than the version of the IR system, when a WebLM license was installed on your Primary WebLM server.
Note:
This log message is only generated when a WebLM license with meant for a previous version of the IR system was installed on the Primary WebLM server, during startup.
Repair Procedure
Ensure that the version of the IR system that you are using and the version of IR for which the WebLM license was generated is the same.
