Description
This message informs you that your IR system is entering the Grace mode of operation because the number of licenses acquired by the IR system during the most recent startup are lesser than the number of licenses acquired during the previous startup.
Repair Procedure
In the browser address field, enter http://host id where host id is the IP address of the Avaya IR system or the name of the of the Avaya IR system. For example, http://121.23.41.1 or http://air3, where air3 is the name of the of the Avaya IR system. The name of the Avaya IR system is specified when it is installed and set up for the first time. Go to the Primary WebLM server link and the Secondary WebLM server link. After entering the User name and Password, the WebLM screen appears. Click Interactive Response on the left hand of the screen to get details of WebLM licenses acquired. Resolve the underlying reason why the licenses have been acquired by a differnt IR system.
To resolve the above alarm, you can also reduce the number of licenses configured on the Web Admin screen for the particular feature, based upon the number of WebLM licenses that are currently available for use.
