Description
This message informs you that the number of licenses acquired by a licensed feature (Digital and VoIP ports, ASR, and TTS) are lesser than the number of licenses configured for that licensed feature in Web Administration.
Repair Procedure
Consider the VALUE_IR_PORTS (Switch Interfaces) licensed feature, which includes the total number of digital interfaces and VoIP ports. Let the total number of VALUE_IR_PORTS licenses available be equal to 100. Let the number of licenses configured in Web Administration for digital interfaces be equal to 75 and for VoIP ports be equal to 25. Now if the number of licenses acquired by the IR system for VALUE_IR_PORTS is 75, and digital interfaces are allocated all the 75 ports, then VoIP ports will have no licenses avaiable to function, and this alarm will be trigerred. Investigate the number of licenses configured in Web Administration for a paricular feature, the number of licenses acquired by that feature, or the distribution of licenses within a particular feature (as it is in the case of Swictch interfaces or VALUE_IR_PORTS), and distribute the licenses in the proper manner to clear this alarm.
