
Diplay problems in online help pages
Some special characters, such as the trademark symbol, copyright symbol, and apostrophe, may appear as a question mark in the online help system. This display issue is controlled by the encoding setting in your web browser.
To check or change the encoding setting:
- Close the help file.
- In the Internet Explorer web browser, select View > Encoding.
- Check for selections. UTF-8 may cause display problems, Western European does not.
- Select a different language, or select Auto-Detect.
- Select OK.
- Re-open the help file.
