Adding all directory view entries

This procedure provides information on adding all remote machines administered on Message Networking as directory view entries for a selected remote machine. You can also add an individual directory view entry to a remote machine. If there are many systems in the Message Networking network and you want to add most of the remote machines to the directory view, you can add all entries and then individually delete the remote machines that you do not want in the view.

To add all directory view entries:

1. Start at the Administration menu, and select Message Networking Administration > Remote Machine Administration > Directory Views.
   The system displays the Directory View page.
2. Select the remote machine for which you want add the directory views from the Machine Name drop-down menu.
   The table below the menu displays the current directory views for the selected remote machine.
3. Click Add All Directory View Entries.
   You are prompted to confirm that you want to add all directory view entries.
4. Click OK.
   All of the remote machines are added as new directory views. For each new directory view, a Start Network Address of 0000000000 is used and an End Network Address of 9999999999 is used.

5. Click Return to Main to return to the Administration menu.
