The Message Networking system has a variety of optional features. If you purchase
an optional feature, you can verify that it is enabled (turned on)
by checking its status on the Customer Options page.
Note: Only certified Avaya personnel can change options
on this page, but the page can be displayed for informational purposes.
If an option is turned off, it will not function.
To verify feature options:
- Log on to Message Networking as sa.
The system displays the Administration menu.
- Select Global Administration > Customer Options.
The system displays the Customer Options (Read Only) page. The
following table describes the feature options that apply to the
Message Networking system.

Click Return to Main to return to the Administration menu.
