The Dynamic Directory List displays those subscribers who were
dynamically added to the remote machine when a message was sent
to the mailbox ID. Data retained in this report depends on the setting
for the remote machine.
To access the Dynamic Directory List:
- Start at the Administration menu, and select Message Networking Administration
> Subscriber Administration > Dynamic Directory
List.
The system displays the Dynamic Directory List page.
- Select the name of the remote machine
for which you want to view a Dynamic Directory List from the Remote
Machine Name menu.
The system displays the Dynamic Directory List. The following
table lists the fields that are included in the reports.

Subscriber's mailbox extension. |

Name of the subscriber. |
Remote Machine |
Name of the remote machine from which a registered subscriber
sent a message to dynamically add a subscriber.
AMIS is not a valid remote machine name.

NameNet type associated with this address. |
CID |
Community ID in which this network address belongs. |
VN |
Indicates whether a voiced name exists for this dynamically
added subscriber. |
Date/Time Last Used |
Date and time that this subscriber last sent or received
a message. |
The following buttons appear at the bottom of the page:
- Back: Click this button to return to the Subscriber Administration
page.
- Return to Main: Click this button to return to the Administration
menu.
- Print: Click this button to print the contents of the
Dynamic Directory List to a file (/iclog/icftp/reports/pr_dyn_mach).
When you are prompted whether you want to overwrite any previous
version of the report, click OK.
