Messages are queued during the backup downtime and, therefore, might be delayed slightly. If you receive notice that this backup has not been completed successfully, contact the Technical Services Center (TSC) at +1.800.242.2121.
  • Call Detail Recording Administration (CDRA) that helps manage message networks that use Message Networking by creating a message history file. This history file includes: the status of the message, the source and destination of the message, and the time it entered and left the Message Networking system. This history file can be transferred from the Message Networking system to another system for reporting purposes using the FTP process.
  • File Transfer Protocol (FTP) support that allows the transfer of Message Networking report files and lists using FTP to and from other systems.
