The Subscriber List Report provides information about the subscribers
on a Message Networking system. The Subscriber Lists can be viewed
in the following ways:
- By network address
- By mailbox ID
- By remote machine name
- By subscriber name
Notes:
- If the number of entries to be displayed in the Subscriber List
is over 50,000, a warning displays notifying you that the list
will be truncated at 50,000 entries.
- Subscriber List Report queries returning a high number of entries
can time out during periods of high message traffic or large remote
machine updates on the system. If a Subscriber List query times
out before it is completed, attempt the query during a period
of low system traffic or updates.
To generate a Subscriber List:
- Start at the Administration menu, and select Message Networking Administration
> Subscriber Administration > Subscriber Lists.
The system displays the Subscriber List page.
-
Select the display method by which you
want to view the Subscriber List from the Select Subscriber
List Method menu:
- By Network Address
- By Mailbox ID
- By Remote Machine Name
- By Subscriber Name
Depending on the display method you select, a field appears
below the Select Subscriber List Method menu.
- Complete the field to specify the entries you want to include
in the report:
- By Network Address: To view
all subscribers, leave this field blank. Type a partial address
to view information on subscribers whose network address matches
the partial entry. Type a complete network address to view
the subscribers whose network address exactly matches your
entry. You can also enter ? for a single character
or * for multiple characters. Click Display to
generate the report.
- By Mailbox ID: To view all
subscribers, leave this field blank. Type a partial mailbox
ID to view information on subscribers whose mailbox ID matches
the partial entry. Type a complete mailbox ID to view the
subscribers whose mailbox ID exactly matches your entry. You
can also enter ? for a single character or *
for multiple characters. Click Display to generate
the report.
- By Remote Machine Name:
Select the remote machine from the drop-down menu.
- By Subscriber Name: To
view all subscribers, leave this field blank. Type a complete
name to view the subscriber whose name matches your entry.
You can also enter ? for a single character or * for multiple
characters. Type a partial name to view information on subscribers
whose last name begins with the partial entry entered. For
example, if you enter sm, the system lists all subscribers
whose last name begins with sm, such as smith. Click Display
to generate the report.
The system displays the Subscriber List by the menu option specified.
You can use the scroll bar to move through the report. The following
table lists the fields that are included in the reports. The information
provided in the reports is the same regardless of the display
method you select. The order in which the fields appear differs
slightly from report to report.
