Displaying the list of peer servers (Microsoft Exchange only)

The MAS will identify any peer servers and primary peer servers currently assigned to its voice mail domain and list them in the Messaging - Voice Mail Domain General tab.

To display the list of peer servers:

  1. In the Voice Mail Configuration window, click the voice mail domain.
  2. Double-click Messaging.
  3. The system displays the Messaging - Voice Mail Domain window, with the General tab active.

  4. Check the Messaging Servers box for messaging peer servers that are not primary peer servers. These are the servers that might serve as backup messaging servers in case of failure of the primary peer server.
  5. Check the Primary Peer Messaging Servers box for primary peer messaging servers. These are the servers that are assigned to one or more MASs in the system as the Exchange servers for normal operation.
