Displaying the Modular Messaging property page

When Avaya Modular Messaging is installed, the Modular Messaging property page is added to every recipient within the Microsoft Exchange Recipients container. This section describes how you display the Modular Messaging property page.

Important! If the recipient is in a Recipients subcontainer or a container outside Recipients, you must enable the Modular Messaging property page. For more information, see Enabling the Modular Messaging property page.

To display the Modular Messaging property page:

Start Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator.

In the directory hierarchy, click Recipients.

From the list on the right side of the window, select the recipient you want to work with.

Select the Modular Messaging property page.

To display the Modular Messaging property page when creating a new Exchange recipient:

Create the Microsoft Exchange recipient using the Microsoft Exchange Administrator application.

See your Microsoft Exchange documentation if you need more information about creating recipients.

Complete the recipient details.

Click OK.

From the Recipients container, select the recipient with which you want to work.

Click File > Properties.

Select the Modular Messaging property page.
