Your MSS comes with default system limits. These limits consist
primarily of maximum capacities for such items as stored messages
and message-delivery lists.
To define system administration parameters:
- On the Administer System Attributes and Ports page, complete the first group of parameters to specify general system attributes (the start and end of system prime time, the maximum number of LDAP directory update sessions, the default community for external subscribers, and the password used for IMAP4 communication between systems).
- Complete the second group of parameters to specify the intervals that the system waits before resending
messages it could not deliver due to a full mailbox.
- Complete the third group of parameters on the page to administer the TCP/IP ports (LDAP, IMAP4, POP3, SMTP, and IMAPI).
For information on completing the remaining fields on the page, click the field names or Help on the web-based administration page.
- Click Save.
