Notifying subscribers of Email (Internet Messaging) capability and setup

After Email (Internet Messaging) is activated, administered, and functioning properly on the MSS, you can notify your subscribers of their email addresses (so remote users can directly send them messages) and that they can set up email client programs, such as Outlook and Outlook Express, to access voice and email messages located on the MSS.

Note: Before notifying subscribers about Email (Internet Messaging) capabilities and setup, you might want to verify that LDAP is enabled on the MSS. Then when you are notifying subscribers about Email (Internet Messaging), you can also notify them about the LDAP directory feature. See Administering LDAP for more information.
