Viewing the MSS Maintenance log

The Maintenance log contains descriptions of all reported maintenance events.

Note: The Maintenance log is only available if you have logged in as tsc, craft, or dadmin.

To access the maintenance log:

1. From the MSS Messaging Administration menu, in the Logs category, select Maintenance.

The system displays the Maintenance Log page.

2. Complete the fields on the page. For more information, click the field names or Help on the web-based administration page.
3. Click Display.
4. Examine the displayed events.
