This topic provides an overview of the Message Storage Server (MSS)
System Evaluation Report.
The System Evaluation Report is a read-only, web-based administration
page that provides a summary of various MSS settings and attributes.
Depending on your MSS, the summary report displays different types
of dynamic information, such as:
- System status
- Site information
- Software summary
- Hardware summary
- Reliability information
- Networked machine information (if administered)
- Extension ranges
- Dormant mailboxes
- File system usage
- Installed software packages
A dormant mailbox is a mailbox that has not been accessed in 30 days, or a new mailbox that has not received any messages in 30 days.
The report runs automatically when you select the System Evaluation
Report link from the Reports menu. See Running
