Running a Feature Daily or Hourly Traffic Report

Running a Feature Daily Traffic Report

The Feature Daily Traffic Report shows traffic information on a feature-by-feature basis. Features are divided into call answer features and messaging features.

To run a Feature Daily Traffic Report:

  1. On the Messaging Measurements page, type the password associated with you administration account (login) and press Enter ( ).
  2. At the enter command: prompt, type one of the following:
    • list measurements feature day
    • list measurements feature day mm/dd/yy
    • where mm/dd/yy is the starting date up to seven days previous to the current date that you want as a starting point for the report.

      The system displays the Feature Daily Traffic screen. See the Field definitions: Feature Daily Traffic report for a description of the fields that appear on this screen.

      If you did not enter a date, a single screen displays today's traffic information. If you entered a date, the report displays one screen of traffic information for each day from the start date you specified to the current date.

  3. Press F1 (Cancel) to return to the command line.

Running a Feature Hourly Traffic Report

The Feature Hourly Traffic Report shows traffic information on a feature-by-feature basis. Features are divided into call answer features and messaging features.

To run a Feature Hourly Traffic Report:

  1. On the Messaging Measurements page, type the password associated with you administration account (login) and press Enter ( ).
  2. At the enter command: prompt, type either:
    • list measurements feature hour
    • list measurements feature hour mm/dd/yy
    • list measurements feature hour mm/dd/yy hh
    • where mm/dd/yy is the starting date up to seven days before the current date and hh is the starting 24-hour time that is a starting point for the report.

      The date specification precedes an hour specification. If you do not enter a date, the current hour of the current date is used. If you do not enter an hour, the report starts with the first hour of the date specified. The report displays one screen of traffic information for each hour.

  3. Press F1 (Cancel) to return to the command line.
