Accessing the product ID

The product ID is a 10-digit number used to identify your Avaya message server. You must have the product ID when you are contacting your remote support center.

To access the product ID:

  1. Go to the Configure Alarms page.
  2. Record the product ID that displays in the Product ID field for use with the remote support center.
