Viewing networked machine connection status

You can display a list of networked machines and view the current state of their network connections using the network snapshot option.

To view the network snapshot:

1. Start at the Messaging Administration main menu and select:

Global Administration
     Networked Machine Management

The system displays the Manage Networked Machines screen.

2. Click Display Network Snapshot.

   The Network Snapshot screen displays. Click the field names or click Help on the web-based administration page for more information on the fields. You can click on a machine name to edit the machine information.

3. Click Back to return to the Manage Networked Machines screen, or click Return to Main to return to the Messaging Administration main menu.
