Changing remote machine information

This topic provides instructions on how to change information for a remote networked machine, either an Avaya™ S3400 Message Server or an Avaya™ Message Networking system.

To change remote machine information:

1. Start at the Messaging Administration main menu and select:

Global Administration
     Networked Machine Management

The Manage Networked Machine page displays a list of the remote machines currently administered on the system.

2. Highlight the remote machine that you want to modify and click Edit the Selected Networked Machine.

   The system displays the current settings of the remote machine in the Edit Networked Machine page.

3. Edit the fields on the page that you want to modify. You can click the field names or Help on the Web-based administration page to view more information.
4. Click Save.

   The changes are saved and the system displays the Manage Networked Machines list.

5. Click Return to Main.
