NOTE: Although support for a 9620 aliased as a 4620SW IP Telephone extends back to DEFINITY Release 11, some features are not available. For example, the 9620 only supports a total of 12 call appearances and administered feature buttons. The 4620 can be administered for a total of 24 call appearances and feature buttons.

The 9630/9630G, 9640/9640G, and 9650 IP Telephones support twenty-four administrable telephony call appearances or features. In addition, the 9630/9630G, 9640/9640G, and 9650 IP Telephones support the SBM24 Button Module.
The SBM 24 Button Module provides another twenty-four administrable call appearances and features. The button module can be used freestanding or attached directly to the 9630/9630G, 9640/9640G, or 9650.
