Configuring your initial settings

After you login for the first time, you may need to configure these initial settings to ensure that the one-X Portal can access your telephone, messaging, and bridge conference accounts.

Depending upon your system configuration, your administrator may set up some or all of these settings. You cannot change any settings that your administrator set up. Those settings are display only.

  1. From Application controls, select Settings.
  2. On the Accounts tab, click the following links in the left pane for all features that you use and complete the fields:
    • Bridge Conference

    • Messaging

    • Telephone

Log out and select your telephone settings for the current session.
