Availability of features in one-X Portal

When you log in, one-X Portal determines which features are available for you to use. During your session, you can see and access only those features that are available.

If a feature is not configured for you to use, one-X Portal disables or does not display the buttons, menus, or options related to that feature. For example, if you are not configured to use Bridge Conferencing, one-X Portal does not display the Start Bridge Conference (Call Me) button.

If a feature is configured for you to use but is impaired, one-X Portal disables the buttons related to that feature and does not display related entries. For example, if your corporate telephone switch is not working, one-X Portal warns you when you choose a telephone. If you choose to log in, the Place Call or Search Contacts button only allows you to search contacts and the Messages portlet only displays messages.
