Portal status interface

Name	Description
Priority icon	If the Portal status displays a message, this icon indicates one of the following priorities for the message: Info: Provides information only. Warning: Indicates a problem that may be serious enough to impair the functionality of one-X Portal. Critical: Indicates a problem that caused one-X Portal to fail. If the priority is Warning or Critical, see the System Status window for more information and a recommended action.
Status Message	A short message that describes the current status and important events that affect one-X Portal.
Unread Messages	The number of unread messages in the Messages portlet. This icon is only visible if you have unread messages.
Missed Calls	The number of missed calls in the Messages portlet. This icon is only visible if you have missed calls.
Pending Access Requests	The number of unanswered presence access requests in the Messagesportlet. This icon is only visible if you have pending access requests.
System Status icon	The status of all services available to you in one-X Portal. The status can be one of the following: OK Impaired Failed
